We actually don’t need a reason to pop open a bottle of champagne, but unfortunately our wallet doesn’t allow us to do this too often. The time of year when we switch to bubbles is often December.
Opening a bottle is a tradition for many during the Christmas holidays with an extensive dinner or on New Year’s Day when the clock strikes twelve. And we can tell you that you will also start the new year well if you drink a glass of bubbles!
Radiating skin
We have good news. Research shows that champagne is good for the skin. It is said to improve some skin types and prevent pimples. That’s a bonus! In addition, champagne contains few calories, namely approximately 95 calories per glass. This is therefore an excellent replacement for, for example, a glass of wine, which contains many more calories.

Finally, champagne also appears to improve your brain health. If you drank three glasses a week, the risk of developing dementia would be reduced and your memory would improve.
