Okay Mo did not post the photo herself on her Instagram, but on Robbert Rodenburg’s profile we clearly see that Monica is accompanied by the British footballer James Lawrence. Cute!
Seventh wheel
On Instagram, Robbert posted the photo of the couple, together with himself, model Romee Strijd and her partner Laurens van Leeuwen, and entrepreneur Danique Bossers with partner Pieter Musters, with the text: ‘Today the seventh wheel’. And if that wasn’t enough, Monica and James were also spotted at a restaurant, of which Robbert shared a video on Sunday.

‘I am very happy’
James Lawrence spent a large part of his youth in the Netherlands, playing for clubs such as Ajax and RKC Waalwijk. Nowadays her new lover earns his money at the German club 1. FC Nürnberg. And as for Mo, she kept her new relationship a secret at first. In her podcast last month she revealed that she has a boyfriend again, but otherwise it remained mysterious. “I’m very happy and that’s it.”
Previous relationship
Monica was previously with footballer Lars Veldwijk, with whom she had a daughter in 2018. After their breakup at the end of 2019, Monica started a relationship with Robbert Kroese. Yet she now seems to be enjoying love again, this time with James by her side.
