Shining white!
When temperatures drop, you can be sure that the royals will make an appearance en masse in stylish wool coats. And in the case of our own Queen Máxima, you know that there is a 100% chance that sooner or later a cape will be taken from the royal coat rack. This was also the case yesterday, when HM visited Middelburg.
More Art and Culture
Máxima has been involved in the ‘More Music in the Classroom’ initiative for several years as honorary chairman. That organization has now grown considerably, and under the heading ‘More Art and Culture in School and Environment’, even more beautiful cultural projects are now being set up, which are intended to introduce young people from all levels of society to art and culture. From music to paintings, and from dance to theater: everything is covered.
Your Majesty in Middelburg
As honorary chairman, Máx yesterday took stock of the Middelburg primary school youth, who attended an inspiration session at a local music venue. Here the Queen took a seat in the audience…

Máxima also showed herself to be particularly brave for the occasion: Her Majesty entered in a brand new, snow-white outfit. You just have to dare, with so much paint and craft materials around you!
Thanks to the Instagram account @RoyalFashionPolice, we know that the queen wore a new outfit from purveyor Natan, with pumps from Gianvito Rossi and a set of statement earrings from Hemmerle.
It is not the first (or the last) time that Máxima has worn a cape. In recent years, she has proven that she has an impressive selection of capes.
Now it is hoped that Your Highness will be able to keep this new Natan copy just as pristinely white in the coming years. But hey, if Máx manages to get through even a visit to a creative painting session without any stains, then that must be fine, nun?
