MontanaBlack (35) is the largest streamer in Germany with over 5.1 million fans. On his Twitch channel, Marcel Eris, Monte’s real name, not only plays video games, but also regularly gives his fans insights into his private life. The internet star repeatedly shows how close he is to his family. So it’s no wonder that Monte’s family can’t miss him at Christmas!
In an interview with Bild he talked about his holiday planning. “Up until three years ago we always celebrated at my grandma’s on Boxing Day, but when I moved into my house I offered the family that we would all celebrate here and I would take care of it – and my grandma would just put her feet up and can really enjoy time with family,” he explained. His family doesn’t have any real traditions. “Everyone is looking forward to the day, it’s a special atmosphere. There’s never been an argument at Christmas, except maybe over Grandpa’s liquor bottle,” joked Monte.
The “Get On My Lvl” entrepreneur has a particularly close relationship with his grandparents. The now 35-year-old grew up partly with the two of them. “I don’t know any words that reflect what I feel for them,” he raved about his loved ones in an interview with Stern-TV.
