It looks like the wedding bells will soon ring for former Temptation Island participant Bert van Uytregt. On Instagram, Bert shares a cute photo showing that he and his sweetheart Kelly Jeurissen have become engaged. Cute!
‘She said yes’
Bert and Kelly announce their engagement by posting a photo on their protected Instagram account. In the snapshot we see Kelly showing off a beautiful engagement ring on her ring finger. The caption of the photo reads: “She said YES”.
Bert and Delphine
Before Bert met his current sweetheart Kelly, he was in a relationship with Delphine de Vrieze. Together with Delphine he participated in Temptation Island in 2021. During the recording of the ultimate relationship test, Bert and Delphine decided to split up. Fortunately, Delphine has now found love again! She is currently expecting her first child with her new partner Robin.
‘Everything will be fine in the end’
Not long after the adventure of the relationship test, Bert shared the wonderful news that he had found love again. On Instagram he posted a photo of them together, beaming for the camera. Bert spoke lovingly about his new sweetheart Kelly and his experience during the program. “Kelly, I can only thank you for everything you have done for me. Thanks to you I have been able to feel love and believe again. I am very happy with you and look forward to our future together. Temptation Island has not only brought challenges , but brought you into my life. Everything will work out in the end!”

When their relationship was announced, RTL Boulevard asked Bert if he was open to participating in Temptation Island with Kelly. “No, absolutely not,” Bert replied firmly. Now that they are engaged, testing their relationship in a program no longer seems necessary!
