And it turns out we were right. Because Myka Meier, an American royal etiquette expert, has discovered that Kate uses a simple trick to stay comfortable in heels all day long. According to Meier, the princess is a big fan of two products that improve the wearing comfort of her high heels.
Anti-slip tights
To keep her feet from slipping out of her heels, La Middleton reportedly uses anti-slip tights. These tights have gel strips on the bottom, which ensure that her feet have more grip and slide less back and forth in the stilettos. Insoles
