Monica Geuze is about to embark on a new adventure at Videoland. After previous successes such as Temptation Island, The Bachelor and her role as a jury member on The Masked Singer, she now enters the world of the new program Power Couple.
Temptation Island 2.0
The news about Mo’s new program comes out through television expert Tina Nijkamp, who talks about it in her podcast Tina’s TV Update. Tina reveals that Power Couple will be a program with a similar concept to an old familiar program from Monica: Temptation Island, albeit now with a twist.
Love test
While Temptation Island is about couples who have to resist temptation, Power Couple will focus on testing how well partners really know each other, a kind of love test.
Monica without Kaj
Unlike Temptation Island, Power Koppel will be recorded in the Netherlands, so no exotic islands on your television screen this time. It is also striking that Monica Geuze takes on the role of presenter and will do this without her bestie Kaj Gorgels. It seems that Kaj is focusing on family life in Ibiza for the time being.
New way
With the launch of Power Couple, Videoland seems to be taking a new path, with the focus more on testing relationships than on exposing them to temptation. We are curious about this new program and of course about Mo’s presenting work!
