Ooh!
The second season of The Real Housewives of Amsterdam has only just ended. And all the juice and drama clearly left me wanting more! We are of course eagerly looking forward to a possible third season – although nothing has been confirmed yet. Yet Tamara Elbaz reveals a small detail about a possible next season in conversation with Nick Eshuis…
New housewife
In a new series of episodes of The Real Housewives of Amsterdam, Djamila Celina, Cherry-Ann Person, Hella Huizinga, Maria Tailor, Kimmylien Nguyenen and Susanna Klibansky returned to Videoland. We didn’t see Sheila Bergeik anymore this season, but there was a very nice new housewife who made her appearance: none other than Tamara Elbaz!
Completely in place
She said at the time about her entrance into the series: “I of course already knew most of the ladies and I was already very good friends with some of them. So basically I was like: I’m now making television with my friends.”
Even now that the health guru has got into the car with Nick Eshuis to look back on the season, she is still very enthusiastic. “I just went out with my friends for six months in the summer, and we got paid for that. How much fun can you have!”, says Tamara.
New season?
Fans of the popular reality series are of course only hoping for one thing: a third season. And when Nick asks if she knows anything more about a new shooting period, Tamara answers: “What it looks like now is mid-April, early May.” Ooh! Can we conclude from this that we are indeed already certain of a brand new series?
According to her, that is not yet the case. She explains: “Well, that is of course also discussed with Videoland. But we were number one for twelve weeks. So if there is no new season, that would be very special.” That sounds promising!
Fight it out in the ring
Can we ever expect the Volendam beauty in a format like Boxing Influencers? “I am regularly asked to do television programs, but some programs just don’t suit me,” says Tamara. “I just want to put make-up on my face, curl my hair, dress nice. (…) Maria, for example, is now participating in Special Forces. She does that very cleverly, but never in my life!”
When asked whether she would ever step into the ring with Susanna, she can be short and concise. “No, that’s not going to happen.” She jokes: “I’d rather be on the street in real life. Nice and ghetto.” Ha!
