Queen Mary has once again taken a beautiful gown from her walk-in closet and had it altered. She also has a tiara debut at the state banquet in Norway. We see her tonight with a tiara that Queen Margrethe regularly wore.
The state banquet is the best moment to look forward to in terms of glitz and glamor. Mary manages to surprise for the second time in a short time during the state banquet. And how! She takes out an older gown and has it altered into a beautiful new one.

Mary with the earlier version of the dress in 2015, a design by Birgit Hallstein. The pieces of lace on the current dress have been removed.

Queen Sonja wears a coral red pleated dress. She wore this dress, among others, to the wedding of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. Even then the gown was worn in combination with the emerald parure. Typical Queen Sonja, wonderfully colorful.

Princess Ingrid-Alexandra today met with her godfather, King Frederik, in connection with the state visit. The two met in Bygdø Konsgård. Ingrid Alexandra wore a dark green dress with white flowers from the Reformation label.
