“I chose my health,” said the reality star.
Kimmylien, also known as one of the Housewives from The Real Housewives of Amsterdam, recently underwent surgery. The reality star and entrepreneur shared on Instagram that she had her silicone implants removed.
Operation
“Last week I briefly mentioned that I had an operation, and I received a lot of sweet, concerned messages,” Kimmylien begins. “You wondered if it was serious. Super sweet of course! Fortunately, it was nothing serious,” the housewife shares. Kimmylien then explains that she had her silicone breasts removed and why she made this choice. “I had my silicone breasts removed and filled with natural fat. I noticed that I had some ailments and could no longer distinguish whether it was due to the silicone or not. That’s why I chose my health.”
“This also fits completely into my self-love journey,” she continues. “It is so important to take good care of your health – both body and mind – and to listen carefully to it.”
Up and running
Fortunately, after a period of forced rest, Kimmylien is now completely up and running again, as she shared on Instagram yesterday. “Looking back on it now, it was actually quite nice. I was able to really put my puzzle together and work on the things I still want to achieve,” she wrote. “But I couldn’t wait to be better, because there are such great things coming soon. Then everything that I have been working on lately becomes clear.” We are curious!
