A royal look for just a few bucks!
For the Zwoyals, the last days of the year are all about parties and fun, and that of course includes a lot of glamour. However, Princess Victoria proves that a festive outfit does not have to come with a royal price tag. During a ballet performance she ‘normally’ appears in a set from H&M.
Best of both worlds
Although budget fashion is also becoming hipper within the palace walls, we cannot really conclude that every royal lady responds to this. For example, the day that Princess Charlene appears in an affordable look still seems very far away. However, we know Victoria as a princess who likes to keep balance in her outfits. One day she can appear in the most glamorous high fashion, and the next day she can casually make her appearance in budget jeans.
H&M
If Victoria is in her budget mood, you can set the clock for her to appear in H&M. This was the case again last weekend: during a visit to a ballet performance with the whole family, the princess wore a sequin-studded set from the Swedish brand. She combined the ensemble with a clutch from VOGT and of course a good pair of Gianvito Rossi’s. Swipe for photos of the princess!

The experts at Royal Fashion Police report that the princess’s set consists of a $25 top and a $21 skirt. Of course, it sounds like music to our ears, and we would prefer to immediately run to the store and buy the exact same ensemble. The less good news, however, is that exactly the same items cannot be found in the H&M webshop in the Netherlands.
Fortunately, the Dutch webshop does offer a similar set, so you can still create a look that is just as royal as Vic. You can order the skirt here, and the top here.
A royal outfit for just a few bucks – who would have thought? It can be that easy!
