The birth of their first son didn’t go quite as planned. But on December 20th, after a long wait, they were finally able to hold little Joshua in their arms. The new mother reflects on the birth with her fans on Instagram. “Twelve days of ET, induction and cesarean section,” the 31-year-old captioned the video. Initially, a natural birth was planned, but when the deadline was well overdue, she decided to have an induction. Furthermore, nothing happened until the dosage of the tablets was increased. “Here I had minimal signs of contractions that stressed the baby so much that the heartbeat dropped twice,” she explains. Four hours later, son Joshua was born healthy.
But even after the birth, things continued turbulently for the new parents. Hannah posted a photo of her way to the hospital on her Instagram story a few days ago. “Blocked tear duct – we’ll probably have to deal with that for the next few weeks,” she shared a little later.
