Taylor Swift (34) and Travis Kelce (34) are the dream couple of the year. The pop star and the NFL player caused a lot of flirting rumors in the late summer, and in the fall they appeared together more and more often. The professional athlete now explains how the romance came about: Someone out Taylor’s Team should she and Travis brought them together in the first place – and he suggests that it was someone from her family.
“I had someone play Cupid,” he admits in an interview with WSJ. Travis explains that members of Taylor’s Family definitely knew who he was. Her little cousins had taken photos in front of his locker this summer. As already known, the football star tried to approach her at one of her concerts, but was unsuccessful. A little later, however, he received a text message from the “Blank Space” interpreter: “She told me exactly what was going on and how I was honored to have her reach out.”
Whoever set them up must have done a good job – Taylor and Travis seem to have one heart and soul. The lovebirds are also said to have planned the holidays together so that they could spend as much time together as possible despite their busy schedules.
