The Danish Parliament, the Folketinget, has existed for 175 years. King Frederik and Queen Mary were present today, together with Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedkeek, at the celebration of the 175th anniversary.
The anniversary of the Danish Folketinget was commemorated with a festive service in the Holmenkirke. This was followed by a program in the Landstingsalen of the Folketing (Parliament).
Fashion Mary
Queen Mary wears her coral dress by Andrew GN. The dress has been slightly altered. A narrower belt has been added with another brooch. New buttons have also been made on the cuffs. Mary’s hat is a previously worn design by Susanne Juul.
Mary wore the earlier version of the dress, among other things, at the confirmation of Princess Isabella.
Fashion Margrethe
Queen Margrethe wears a white pleated skirt, a white jacket and a large white hat.
Fashion Benedikt
Princess Benedkeek is generally dressed quite well and colorfully (in my opinion). She wears a floral dress with a purple cloak and a matching hat.
