Instead of a honeymoon: Michelle Monaghan smooched Tom Cruise!

Newly married and already snogged by strangers! Michelle Monaghan (47) and Peter White have been married for 18 years. The actress and the Australian graphic designer tied the knot in 2005. Next on the agenda was the honeymoon – but filming for “Mission Impossible III” put a stop to their plans. Instead of enjoying the honeymoon with her husband, she was Michelle intimate with co-star Tom Cruise (61). But how did husband Peter feel at the time?

In an interview with Collider, the “Blood” actress talked about past film shoots – including the action thriller. She still remembers her husband’s words when she canceled their honeymoon. “He said, ‘How cool is it that you’re with me Tom Cruise on our honeymoon?'” she reveals, because both are big fans of the Top Gun star. Peter was incredibly proud despite the circumstances. His warm reaction describes Michelle as a “testimony to the man she married”. She worked hard for her career, he knew that and that’s why he “just totally supported her.”

Among other things, the film star has already played alongside Hollywood greats such as Ben (58) and Jerry Stiller (✝92), Patrick Dempsey (57) or Angelina Jolie (48). Turned this year Michelle with “Ted” legend Mark Wahlberg (52) in the joint film “The Family Plan”. One or two kisses are also exchanged in this action comedy.
