1. Mimosa

The Mimosa is a perfect cocktail to serve with Easter brunch. The fresh, sweet taste and subtle sourness from the oranges in combination with the sparkling wine makes this cocktail a delicious addition to your brunch. You can make the fruity cocktail within a few minutes and only has three ingredients.
This is what you need:
- 60 milliliters of sparkling wine
- 60 milliliters of fresh orange juice
- 5 milliliters of Cointreau
Making this cocktail is easy: pour the orange juice into a champagne glass and carefully top up with sparkling wine. Stir the cocktail and then pour in the Cointreau. To make the cocktail extra beautiful, you can add some orange slices for decoration.
2. Pomegranate Spritz

This cocktail is nice and sweet and refreshing. Full of flavor thanks to the orange liqueur, the Aperol and the pomegranate juice. Delicious for drinks or dinner. The pomegranate seeds and sprigs of mint make this cocktail a real treat to serve.
This is what you need:
- 30 milliliters of pomegranate juice
- 20 milliliters triple sec
- 40 milliliters of Aperol
- 40 milliliters of prosecco
- Sparkling water
- Handful of ice cream
- Pomegranate seeds
- Sprig of mint
Fill a large wine glass with some ice until it is about one-third full. Add the pomegranate juice, triple sec, Aperol and prosecco. Top up with some sparkling water. Stir well and finally add a handful of fresh pomegranate seeds and top with a sprig of mint.
3. Limeau Mocktail

Would you rather not drink alcohol for a while? Then this mocktail is for you! It’s a real party in your glass, and without alcohol. This drink is also quick and easy to make. With just a few ingredients you can surprise your guests with this delicious cocktail.
This is what you need:
- Limeau H/Elderflower
- Sparkling water
- Slice of lemon
- Sprig of mint
- Handful of ice cream
Grab a nice, wide glass. Add a handful of ice and add a layer of Limeau H/Elderflower. Top up with sparkling water and top with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Cheers!
