Kyle Richards is in great shape! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills protagonist is currently busy training. The many workouts seem to be paying off – the TV star says she is currently in the “best shape” of her life physically. But do muscles really only come from hard training? Kyle now clears up the rumors that she had a tummy tuck!
“When I had my breast reduction I wanted to have my stomach tightened but the doctor refused and said we would [später] talk about it,” explains Kyle in an interview with Us Weekly. In order to still get defined abdominal muscles, the 54-year-old started specifically training her core. “I started doing 10 minutes of abdominal training on the Peloton, then 15 minutes every day,” she says.
While Kyle Currently focused on her physical health, her ex Mauricio Umansky is said to be in love again. The entrepreneur is allegedly dating the influencer Alexandria Wolfe. The two were recently spotted at a dinner.
