Hair salon from the Airfryer

A hair salon is one of our guilty pleasures. Not very healthy, but very tasty. Everything goes together and although you would think you would need an oven, deep fryer and frying pan for this, it can be easier. Pop in the Airfryer and you’re ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken thigh fillet
  • 600 grams of fries
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • shawarma spices
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Fresh parsley
  • 250 grams of Greek yogurt
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 30 grams of grated young cheese

This is how you create the hair salon from the Airfyer

  1. Start by cutting the chicken thigh fillet into strips. Then marinate it with olive oil and the shawarma herbs and let it stand for two hours.
  2. Now bake your homemade chicken shawarma for 10 minutes at 200 degrees in the Airfryer.
  3. In the meantime, cut the onion, tomato, cucumber and iceberg lettuce and make a salad out of it.
  4. Also finely chop the parsley and mix it together with the pressed garlic cloves and the Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  5. As soon as the meat is ready, bake the fries at 200 degrees for 13 minutes.
  6. When the fries are ready, it’s time to assemble your hair salon. Start by putting the fries in a container and then throw the chicken shawarma over it. Also divide the grated cheese over it and place the kapsalon in the Airfryer for another 3-5 minutes.
  7. Now remove the kapsalon and divide the salad over it. Throw your freshly made garlic sauce over it and enjoy!
