Emotions are running high in the Long Live Love villa. At first the conversation between Ozma (48) and Bonnie (41) goes well, but they both have quite strong characters. In addition, they clash in certain areas, something they especially notice during the meditation and yoga sessions. The irritations are increasing and viewers fear a major argument. Oh oh!
Ozma and Bonnie in Long Live Love
In Long Live Love we meet two ladies: Ozma and Bonnie. 48-year-old Ozma is a model and primarily looking for a hygienic person. A person with a beautiful mouth and beautiful teeth: “Someone must be handsome. That makes me think: damn!” Although the most important thing is that that person can make her laugh. Something we have some doubts about with her 41-year-old date Bonnie, but we notice that later in the episode. In her introduction, Bonnie comes across as a nice girl from The Hague, who is also very romantic. “I still believe in that old-fashioned thing. That you should bump into someone and it’s ‘bam’: the wow effect,” she says. She is looking for a slim, adventurous person who is also up for in-depth conversations. “Someone with balls and who knows where she stands,” she says. But a strong person with a soft inside.
Well, Ozma seems like the strong person Bonnie is looking for. At least she is clear with everything. She gives her date a manual on how to best date her. Handy, right? Unfortunately, Bonnie immediately discovers a major drawback with Ozma: she is allergic to dogs. And Bonnie just brought her dog Bikkel. Oops! She also really loves the dog and is very attached to it. That’s why Bonnie immediately says that she’s sleeping on the couch. She likes to sleep in bed with her dog and Ozma would rather not do that.
Critical
Bonnie turns out to have just as strong a character as her date. We see this later, for example, when they prepare dinner. Although Ozma is behind the pans, Bonnie watches very critically. She can’t resist saying something about her cooking skills. Bonnie also turns out not to be a good listener. At one point she just goes through Ozma’s story, which irritates her. “Shall I finish my story?” Ozma responds. “Or do you not find it interesting enough?” Bonnie responds with a mumbled ‘no, yes’, to which she says again: “I just hope Bikkel isn’t bothering you.” Aww, that’s sweet. The fact that she is so caring is probably due to her profession in healthcare and the fact that she is a mother.
Restlessness during yoga
Only apparently Bonnie also quickly stepped on her toes. In this way, she causes some unrest during the yoga and meditation session, while that should actually provide peace. Oops! When Ozma wants to create peace, the chaotic Bonnie comes through and she can’t keep her mouth shut. It’s because of her dog, which she wants to have with her during the session. Only it doesn’t actually help. At one point she even talks through Ozma again. Oh no! It seems to be the last straw for Ozma, because she reacts a little more irritated than before. “Would you mind letting me finish talking just this once?” she asks affectionately, yet forcefully. “I haven’t even finished my sentence before you interrupt me again.” Bonnie immediately sits up and responds, “Okay. Well, talk.” However, her irritation level also seems to be higher. She then cuts Ozma off again with a sneer: “Yes, I know that.” Then she turns around again with her back to her date.
In any case, the atmosphere between the two women is completely gone. Even during an evaluation of the troubled yoga session, things do not get better. There, Bonnie calls her date “missy and punitive”, while Ozma in turn calls Bonnie “antisocial and disrespectful”. The preview of the next episode also does not bode well and viewers fear the worst. “Those two are kicking each other out of the house,” someone responds on social media channel X. And another writes: “Bitchfight incoming…” Ah oh!
