Vinted and the tax authorities (taxes)
Except that in the Netherlands and Belgium they found it necessary to pass on the meager ‘income’ you get from it to the tax authorities for extra taxes (really, I sell my stuff for next to nothing and without any profit… can I also keep all business costs I incur such as expensive rolls of tape, having to use a printer, lost contents of packages that Vinted refuses to refund because there is only buyer’s insurance, not seller’s insurance… also bring in? Ugh.) but their helpdesk is still available if possible became worse.
I just can’t reach the Vinted helpdesk, the option is gone for me. All I can do is read their useless helpdesk articles, but can’t get a hold of anyone to ask for an explanation for the urgent shipping problem I’m having now.
There is no Vinted email address or telephone number.
So for the time being I don’t have a solution for you, unfortunately. I somehow hope it is a bug, but since it has been going on for more than 3 days now, I fear so.
After further searching, it turns out that I do have a point nearby (but I don’t like going to that store and it’s the wrong side of my hometown, where I don’t like to go anyway), so Homerr doesn’t really remain an option for me. .
Plus: after all this hassle, I don’t feel like having to follow these rules imposed by Vinted again.
In addition, you hear too many bad experiences with Homerr and everything almost always went well for me with Mondial Relay. And that’s coming from someone with several hundred small sales on Vinted 😉

Is there no Vinted email address where you can reach them, or a telephone number? No, unfortunately… nowhere to be found. You can only get help in their app, but if you have seen my video, you will also see that you are simply sent in a circle.
Bah, I’m really so disappointed in Vinted. To be honest, I can see myself canceling my account on Vinted. Super shame, because I am one of the very first users of the app, I was so enthusiastic about it!
