Royal fashion twins!
Although we can rightly call both Letizia and Kate royal fashion queens, they clearly each have a different style. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that the queen and princess fall for the same item of clothing. This also happened with a red tweed blazer.
Leti’s outfit
Letizia appeared this week – without King Felipe – at the presentation ceremony of the Mutua Madrileña Foundation in Madrid. At this event, social action groups received funding to focus on issues such as disability, employment integration of young people at risk of exclusion, the fight against gender violence, children with health problems and supporting the elderly and homeless.
Kate’s outfit
Good: twinning is winning, but in the royal sphere it is of course a bit of a faux pas to show up in exactly the same item as your fellow royal. And so Leti has given the blazer a different twist. Kate’s jacket is just a bit longer than Letizia’s. In addition, her blazer does have a collar, something that was missing from Letizia’s jacket. This one is also more fitted and the pockets are slightly different. One thing is certain: red is completely on trend in 2024!
