According to a survey by Glamial, in which 1,174 fans took part, 78.6 percent (923 votes) do not understand Colleen’s final decision and find it contradictory. 21.4 percent (251 votes) find the former Bachelor candidate’s choice understandable – she simply didn’t want to rush into anything.
In any case, Colleen explains her decision to Glamial like this: “Even though I might not have gotten engaged straight away with the ring […], the meaning of the ring is to leave the show as lovers and have fallen in love. I just wasn’t ready yet.” She wanted to be 100 percent sure – and that just wasn’t the case with Amir.
