Our Dutch countess is clearly having a great time in The Big Apple.
It may not have been that long ago that Eloise van Oranje left for New York, but the countess has already acquired a taste for American life. Last week she attended a baseball match with four friends, and of course our Elo reported on it.
Life in New York
Yellow taxis, towering skyscrapers and very expensive cappuccinos with oat milk: it’s all happening in New York. Eloise seems determined to indulge in everything the American city has to offer, as she attended a baseball game last week. Together with her friends (because she has already made them of course) she attended the game between the New York Mets and the San Francisco Giants. And of course Eloise wouldn’t have been Eloise if she hadn’t reported it.

In a video on Instagram, Elo takes us on her typical American outing. “At the beginning, all four of us didn’t understand what was going on at all, but by the end of the game we were so into it. We were screaming when a home run was hit,” says the countess. “As American and over-the-top as it is, I enjoyed it so much and I recommend it to everyone.”

Eloise’s New York Diary
Despite the fact that Elo had said in advance that she would go to New York to avoid all the attention in the Netherlands, she can be found suspiciously on Instagram to share her American life. But hey, you won’t hear us complaining, of course. It looks like Elo, in collaboration with Harper’s Bazaar, will now share a video every week in which she takes us to all kinds of hotspots in New York. On the agenda for next week: art and culture. We are especially looking forward to a possible glamor episode. Xoxo…
