Kyle Richards seems to be thriving after his breakup! In September, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her husband Mauricio Umansky announced their marriage was over. However, the American doesn’t seem to let this get her down. She is currently training diligently for her dream body – with success. Kyle now explains that physically she is currently in the “best shape” of her life!
In an interview with Us Weekly, the TV star talks about her body transformation. “I look better than I did in my 20s and 30s, and that’s after having four children,” she explains confidently. However, the reason for her strict sports program is not the separation from her Mauricio. “I do it primarily for my mental health. The fact that I look good doing it is just a bonus,” she reveals.
Just enjoyed recently Kyle a vacation in Mexico. She shared some pictures from her trip on Instagram. “Sometimes we just need to escape reality for a little bit!” she wrote on one of the snapshots, alluding to the end of her marriage.
