Viewers of ‘Heel Holland Bakt’ are very happy with Robèrt (and dog Nhaan): “the cute factor increases enormously”

Due to the rising tension in the Heel Holland Bakt tent, it is perhaps not surprising that candidates are more likely to bumble. Naturally the nerves are running through your body! In the latest episode, things go wrong again for one of the bakers, Susan. During an assignment she becomes desperate for a moment, but then fortunately there is the saving angel Robèrt van Beckhoven. Aww! This (and ‘old acquaintance’ dog Nhaan) provide a lot of happy faces at Susan and the viewers at home.

Lots of bumbling again at Heel Holland Bakt

With only five bakers left, the tension increases enormously during the popular TV program Heel Holland Bakt. As a result, the baking adventure sometimes takes over almost their entire lives, as we hear, for example, from audience favorite Tim, who only works and bakes. Fiercely! But everything for a good cause: becoming a master baker. In the latest episode East West Home Best, all candidates seem to be doing well. Of course, something can always go wrong. And indeed: there is also bumbling again in this episode, especially with Susan. Could it be because of the special guest who is visiting the tent this week? But more about that later.

First let’s look at Susan’s bumbling. During the first assignment, the remaining bakers have to make a fruit basket from buttercream. Susan turns out to be a very fanatical participant, who even at home finds it difficult to let go of the TV program. “I don’t have an off button,” she tells presenter André van Duin. Fortunately, she still manages to forget Heel Holland Bakt every now and then, but she clearly does her best. It is not without reason that she, like the rest, has become a master baker. This proves that she is certainly not the least. Unfortunately, she has some difficulty with the buttercream fruit basket.

Saving angel Robèrt

Susan made a lemon flavored buttercream and then filled it with blueberry jam. Only then the ‘basketing’ of her pastries goes wrong. The jam continuously runs out. “Stay in your basket,” Susan tells the jam in frustration as she tries to fix it. However, when she takes her cake out of the oven, things go completely wrong. Fortunately, the jury members are very attentive and Robèrt van Beckhoven quickly notices Susan’s bumbling. He still wonders if she knocked over the cake. “No, it just started melting,” Susan responds in surprise. What seems? Her cake is too warm. With Robèrt’s help, she freezes the cake and it comes out reasonably well later. “This could be worse,” Susan thinks. Full of nerves, she then makes the best of it and concentrates hard on the wickerwork of the basket. She is therefore still happy with the end result. “I’ve recovered,” she responds. When assessed, the cake also looks tasty. In terms of taste, it turned out well and all thanks to saving angel Robèrt. Aww!

Return of ‘old acquaintance’

As mentioned, the bakers have a special guest visiting the tent this week. For viewers of Heel Holland Bakt it is an old acquaintance. It concerns Janny’s dog: Nhaan! The cute dog (also called wolf) continuously walks back and forth through the tent to keep everything clean. It turns out that it is not only a dog, but also a good dishwasher and vacuum cleaner. Ha! In any case, Nhaan makes for a lot of happy faces, as we see in comments on social media channel X. “The cute factor of the program immediately increases enormously,” someone writes, for example. Aww! As far as the viewers are concerned, Nhaan is allowed to visit the tent every episode.
