The birthday child tells the German Press Agency that she wants to go to the gym “until her last heartbeat.” He has now been working on his body for 47 years – and doesn’t plan on stopping! “I won’t change anything about that now. On the contrary,” Ralf clarifies. Although he no longer tries to lift ever heavier weights, he is not squeamish about his training: “I do repetitions. But also with weights that are probably heavier for others than anything else.” The 65-year-old is now in the best shape of his life.
Ralf is celebrating his special day today in his adopted home of Los Angeles. In keeping with his eating habits, he celebrates with some friends in a vegan restaurant. “In any case, Arnold will be there again.
