So you see: the royal apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!
We now know that the royal apple usually does not fall far from the tree. Yet we are sometimes amazed at the physical similarities between royals. This is also the case with Princess Eugenie, who looks very much like one of her royal ancestors.
Queen Mother
What do you know? The mother of two looks exactly like her great-grandmother, the Queen Mother, in her younger years. For example, the mother of the late Queen Elizabeth used to have the same chestnut locks as her great-grandchild. It is also striking that the royals share the same eyes and face shape. For a photo of a young Queen Mother, we had to delve into the archives, but in our opinion, you get what you pay for:

If we place the photo below of Eugenie, who was 17 years old here, next to the photo of the Queen Mother, we see a striking similarity.

Good band
In the meantime, many years have passed and the Queen Mother has been dead for a while. However, when she was still alive, she and Eugenie seemed to have a good relationship. At least, that is the conclusion we draw from the photo that was taken in Scotland around 1997.
Another look-alike
But Prince Andrew’s youngest daughter isn’t the only one who looks a lot like her great-grandmother. Because if we go even further back in time, we see that the Queen Mother looked exactly like Prince William’s daughter Charlotte as a child.

“When our archivist went through these photos of a young Lady Elizabeth, we all agreed that she bears a striking resemblance to her great-great-granddaughter Princess Charlotte. Can you see it?”, @glamiscastlescotland captioned the photo. Judge for yourself!
