Easy cocktail recipes
All recipes are for one glass. You can shake some of these cocktails in a cocktail shaker, but if you don’t have one, just stirring them will do just fine. Tips: If you bought some fancy cocktail glasses, cut some straws in half so they fit inside to make it a bit more festive. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker and are going to stir, pour it into a sturdy glass or cup first so your glasses don’t break.
Tequila Sunrise
- Tequila
- Orange juice
- A dash of grenadine syrup
- Ice
This yellow and red drink looks – as the name suggests – like a sunrise! Fill the long drink glass for a third with tequila and for the rest with orange juice. Stir it well and add some ice cubes. Finally, add a dash of grenadine in the middle of the glass. If it is done right, it will sink to the bottom and you will get the effect of the sunrise!
Margarita
- Triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur, such as Cointreau)
- Tequila
- Lemon juice
- Ice
Mix together one third tequila, one third triple sec, and one third lemon juice. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and you’re good to go!
Cosmopolitan
- 25 ml vodka
- 30 ml cranberry juice
- 15 ml cointreau
- 5 ml lemon juice
- Ice
It doesn’t get more Sex & the City than this cosmopolitan! Mix the vodka, cranberry juice, cointreau and lemon juice together. Add the mixture to a cocktail glass with some ice and enjoy!
Bellini
- Pureed peaches or peach juice
- Prosecco
This is a really easy one. Fill a champagne glass a third full with pureed peaches or peach juice and fill the rest with prosecco. Stir everything together. If you want to add a little color, add some grenadine syrup!
Mojito
- Rum (Bacardi or Havana)
- Sparkling water
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Ice
- Two lime slices
- Fresh mint
First, put the lime slices, two sprigs of fresh mint and the sugar in a glass. Mash it all well. Then fill the glass with ice and add about two shot glasses of rum. Then fill the glass with sparkling water until it is full. Stir well and done!
Strawberry martini
- Vodka
- 3 strawberries
- A teaspoon of strawberry syrup or strawberry liqueur
- A teaspoon of sugar
Puree the strawberries and put them in a cocktail glass. Then add the strawberry syrup and the sugar. Fill the glass with vodka. Stir or shake well and it’s ready. You can put a strawberry on the rim of the glass as decoration, that looks nice and festive!
Sex on the beach
- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml peach liqueur
- 70 ml orange juice
- 50 ml cranberry juice
Mix the ingredients well. Add some ice and you have a delicious cocktail! As decoration you can put a slice of orange on the rim.
Woo woo
- 1/5 vodka
- 1/5 peach liqueur
- 3/5 cranberry juice
- A tablespoon of lime juice
This cocktail looks very feminine! First fill a highball glass with ice and then pour the peach liqueur in it. Then add the vodka and lime juice. Then top it up with cranberry juice. You can use a lime slice as a garnish.
