One word: wow.
It has now become a permanent tradition at five-star hotel The Pulitzer in Amsterdam: the unveiling of their iconic Christmas tree. And this year they really went all out! This time it was up to fashion designer Roksana Ilinčić from the fashion brand ROKSANDA to design the meter-high Christmas tree.
ROKSANDA x Pullitzer Amsterdam
ROKSANDA is a very popular fashion brand among several royals and other celebrities. The brand has previously been worn by Queen Máxima, Michelle Obama, Kate Middleton and Beyoncé, among others.
The design of the Christmas tree is all about the creativity and craftsmanship that characterizes both brands. For the texture of the design, ROKSANDA was inspired by the work of Norwegian textile artist Hanne Friis. However, the bold and bright color choices, selected fabrics and special shapes were chosen by her with the Amsterdam modern art scene and galleries as well as the unmistakable eclectic interior of Pullitzer Amsterdam in mind.
Ultimately, the former residents of the hotel’s centuries-old canal houses, from artists and antique collectors to writers and musicians, provided further inspiration for the Christmas tree’s vibrant and characterful design.
End result
The final result is a beautiful and special collaboration between ROKSANDA and Pullitzer Amsterdam. The Christmas tree embraces the festive season with color and elegance.

From November 24, the Christmas tree can be admired in the winter garden of Pullitzer Garden while enjoying a delicious winter cocktail and homemade treats.
