This was the royal week

The royal week is already over. We saw Máxima in Colombia, but also in the Netherlands. She herself started ‘rumours’ about quitting her UN work. And we also posted many more blogs. Now that it’s the weekend again, it’s time for an overview of this week’s blogs.

Queen Maxima

At the beginning of the week, Máxima was in Colombia for her UN position. There she carried special bags.

Once again we saw the ‘art’ of lengthening a garment. Has it gotten better? Or just not wear it anymore?

In Colombia, Máxima received no fewer than 15 brooches as a gift. I wonder if we will actually see her with these brooches. Or will they pass on to her daughters?

We also saw Máxima in Colombia with a hand-painted top.

During an interview, Máxima herself indicated that she ‘doubted’ whether it was time to stop her UN work. What do you think, can we expect a message soon that she will do something different?

The situation in Israel and Gaza is a very sensitive subject. Our royal couple entered into discussions with both parties.

Other royal families

Our ‘neighbors’ came to the Netherlands this week. Not for a visit to Willem-Alexander and Máxima, but for a visit to Europol in The Hague. But who knows, they may have had a cup of coffee with King Willem-Alexander.

Queen Rania looked beautiful in a traditional dress. What do you think looks better on her, a traditional or a Western dress?

Letizia was in the picture several times. In between she went to the hairdresser.

And, in Luxembourg they had a tiara moment. The President of the Czech Republic paid a state visit to Luxembourg.

Laurentien and Eloise

MyLimaLima finally opened its doors. Officially then, because the store has been open for a while. Laurentien and Eloise were of course there, and wore appropriate outfits.
