The future does not look bright for Edith in Winter full of Love. In her last week she still has Aroen as a potential partner. Only she herself has enormous doubts about him. Meanwhile, even after criticism, he still tries to win her heart. But will he succeed or will Edith remain single for the time being?
Edith in Winter full of Love
The last week has also arrived for Edith in Winter full of Love. After three single gentlemen, she now only has one potential love left: 56-year-old Aroen, and he certainly wants to go for the adventure himself. He immediately had a good feeling about Edith as soon as he saw her introductory video. “She radiates warmth,” he said at the time. We also see in the episodes that he opens up. Edith can certainly laugh with Aroen. However, they also turn out to be very different. He is very religious, while Edith has no interest in faith. Nevertheless, Aroen feels at home with Edith. She, in turn, clearly finds him attractive. He is the first man whose buttocks she briefly touches. “No, I didn’t slap him on the butt,” she says afterwards, laughing for the camera. “That was actually just a corrective pressure on the buttocks.” Yes Yes! *wink*
Of course, like his predecessors, Aroen is taken to the slopes. After all, Edith loves skiing and would like her future partner to think the same. She is happy to give the bachelor a skiing lesson.
A bit boring with Aroen
The skiing is going reasonably well, although beginner Aroen certainly falls into the snow at least once. Afterwards they enter the café laughing, where it is time for another good conversation. The two feel slightly attracted to each other, but Edith still has doubts about Aroen. Earlier it also fell silent in the car, because Aroen had no questions for Edith. However, in his eyes, he already knows a lot about her. “I have experienced and observed you for a few days now. I have some knowledge of people, and I like it,” he says later in the café. He’s just someone who likes to let everything happen to him. He has made it clear that he thinks she is a beautiful woman in any case. “That says something, doesn’t it?” he says. Edith certainly doesn’t mind compliments. But she also likes to see a man show interest in her and in her heart and feelings. In addition, she finds him rather quiet, which makes her have doubts about him. “Whether you can keep up with me,” she explains to him. She finds it a bit boring and wants more spontaneity.
Too picky
So Edith has a clear will of her own and she often pushes this through to her potential loves. The viewers are now a bit fed up with Edith’s hassle, as we see on social media channel The viewers think she is way too picky and actually advise her to be more flexible. “That’s really necessary to let a new guy into your life,” thinks one viewer.
In the meantime, Aroen is still doing his best, despite the criticism he receives from Edith. Only it doesn’t seem to help. At the end of the episode she still concludes that they are not suitable for each other. Well… Will anything happen at all with Edith in Winter full of Love or will she remain alone?

Edith likes to look at herself in the mirror sometimes. What a difficult and closed woman. Some flexibility is really necessary to allow a new guy into your life.
