According to the experts at Longevita, Kate has been starting her day with a bowl of oatmeal for years. A smart choice, considering the product is rich in fiber. This way the princess starts her day well and has less of an urge to snack during the day. In addition, oatmeal contains many proteins, healthy fats and all kinds of vitamins. All nutrients that help Kate maintain her slim figure, it seems.
Green drink
To give her breakfast an extra boost, Kate reportedly also drinks a smoothie in the morning. The ingredients? Kale, spirulina and spinach.
