If you have an office job, there is a good chance that you don’t exercise enough during the day. The goal is of course to exercise enough every day, but how do you do that if you don’t have time to set aside an hour to exercise or go for a walk? These small adjustments allow you to move more during the day, without requiring extra time or effort.
Park your car further
Not everyone has the opportunity to cycle to work. The car is the only solution and that is of course not conducive to exercise during the day. Therefore, park your car a little further away than usual and exercise more. Every step is one. You do this not only near your work, but also during other activities. Make it a habit to park your car a few blocks away instead of in front of the door.
Take the stairs
This adjustment is also easy to make in your life. Taking the elevator is a habit, while climbing stairs is easy for healthy people. At work, in a shop, at the station it is so simple to take the elevator, but tomorrow choose the stairs. This is an easy way to get extra exercise, which your body will certainly appreciate.
Walk to the bus stop
Unfortunately, the bus often does not stop in your street, so you have to cycle a bit. Do you choose to cycle for five minutes or walk for fifteen minutes? Try leaving the bike at home more often and opt for a walker. Especially with the nice weather. If you normally take the car to the bus stop, you should of course try to cycle the distance. Exercise during the break
We understand very well that if you have been working hard from nine to half past twelve, you want to relax at the lunch table. We still recommend going outside for a while. Get some fresh air and stretch your legs. Walking in the sun with a tasty sandwich in hand is a delicious and healthy break for you.

It is recommended not only to walk during the break, but also during a meeting. Do you have a call meeting planned? Go outside! Even if you have a physical appointment, it is advisable to do this while walking.
Meet in the park, forest or on the beach
Meeting at each other’s home or in a café is a lot of fun, but you can also meet somewhere else. Have a nice walk through the park, the forest or on the beach. Don’t discuss the week in a coffee shop, but get a coffee to go and take a nice walk through the city.
