Shannen (52) was the queen of television in the 1990s thanks to her roles in the teen series ‘Beverly Hills 90201’ and the sweet sister series ‘Charmed’. At the time, she was married to the charming Ashley Hamilton, son of actor George Hamilton, and a popular guest on the red carpet.
Fallen
Shannen’s sweet image fell apart from 2000 onwards. First she posed in Playboy, then there was an arrest for driving under the influence, and then it was announced that she was replaced in ‘Charmed’ by Rose McGowan because she behaved like a diva on set. Attentive husband Ashley was replaced by professional poker player Rick Salomon, a crack-addicted bad guy best known for his sex tape with Paris Hilton and marriage to Pamela Anderson (who later accused him of assault for trying to strangle her).
In 2002, Shannen married opportunity pearl Salomon, only to divorce him nine months later. There has been no real career for years and in 2008 the brunette was taken to court by the City National Bank for a debt of 93,000 euros.
Fortunately, there was a bright spot in the form of her third husband, photographer Kurt Iswarienko. Their happiness continued until Shannen was told in 2015 that she had breast cancer. Their marriage did not survive her battle with cancer and this year it was announced that they were separating. Shannen has metastases in her brain and is terminally ill. This also gives the already tragic life story a tragic ending.
