At Temptation Island VIP there was no happy ending for Umut Tekin (26) and Jana-Maria Herz (31) this year. The Bachelor in Paradise couple split up on the show after he got intimate with seducer Emma Fernlund in front of the cameras. Meanwhile it is Emma firmly by his side and has confirmed that they are now in a relationship. However, the way in which the two finally found each other was rather unusual – Umut delivered his declaration of love using a bag of chips!

After a short period of getting to know each other, the trained nurse finally got down to business and wrote in a packet of chips: “You and me, me and you, do you want to?” The original gesture was well received by his Emma – the two are a happy couple. “We open up and that’s what makes our relationship so strong,” he explains.
The two had to endure a lot of criticism for their love. Umut ended his relationship with ex Jana Maria initially despite his feelings for Emma not and didn’t show much insight at the final campfire either. But while the ex-Bachelorette candidate has now apologized, Emma still happy with her decision and has no regrets.
