To celebrate the day, the TV personality posted a video on Instagram. You can see her decorated living room: her boyfriend placed a small note for each month of abstinence, with a handwritten, motivating message. He also got a cake and balloons. “Grateful for 1 year and 4 months of sobriety, 16 months of blessings. Thank you God for this journey to happiness,” Chyna captioned her sweet post.
She most recently spoke about her lifestyle in the podcast “The Viall Files”. “It’s really complicated. I had to teach myself discipline,” Chyna explained. The mother of two emphasizes: “My kids are getting older and I have the feeling that I always have to be 100 percent clear in my head.”
