It’s a sad anniversary. In 2013, tragic news shocked the Formula 1 world: Michael Schumacher (54) had a serious fall while skiing and suffered a head injury. Since then, his family has kept the former star racing driver out of the public eye. Not much is known about his current condition. It is now the tenth anniversary of the accident Michaels Family shares poignant tribute.
The “Keep Fighting Foundation” foundation, which is published by Michaels Family founded in his name issued a short statement on the tenth anniversary of the accident. “An inspiration for so many. Certainly for us,” said the athlete’s friends and family who support the organization. The hashtags #KeepFightingMichael and #KeepFighting are also set, i.e. “Keep fighting, Michael” and “Keep fighting”.
Even if the Schumacher family keeps a low profile when it comes to… Michael and the accident, they speak openly about their own emotions in the documentary “Schumacher”. “Of course it is the case that after the accident the experiences and moments that many people experience with their parents are not there or are less there,” said his son Mick (24), among others. For him it was almost a little “unfair”. But also Michaels Ms. Corinna (54) misses her husband as he once was.
