A great gesture! It’s been around a year since Jeremy Renner (52) suffered a serious accident with a snow plow. The “Hawkeye” actor tried to save his nephew from the vehicle and ended up being run over himself. The extent of his injuries was drastic – more than 30 broken bones, a crushed chest, a punctured liver… Now the recovered man is returning Jeremy back to the hospital where he was saved!
He captured his sweet visit with words and pictures on Instagram: “I pay my respects and celebrate the love, life and blessings it brings for all of us.” At the scene, Jeremy thanks the doctors, nurses and others who cared for him, takes photos and shakes lots of hands. He later also appears at the local fire department to thank the first responders who rescued him. “I am forever in your debt,” he writes.
His fans also share the Marvel star’s gratitude. “Thank you to the team for all the sacrifices they make every day,” one fan commented under the post. “I’m grateful you’re still here,” writes another.
