The Meilandjes will still be very popular in 2024. The new TV program Chateau Meiland VIPS will start soon, but even more will follow afterwards. Martien Meiland reveals that a normal season of Chateau Meiland is also coming. And guess what? This season again takes place abroad!
New season Chateau Meiland abroad
The popular reality program Chateau Meiland once started at the chateau in France. But now we are a number of seasons and moves further. Many of the Meiland family’s dreams have already been fulfilled or gone up in smoke, but their lives remain interesting. Cameras are more than happy to follow them and people still frequently look at the Meilandjes. And luckily for fans, there are a lot of new adventures coming soon. The spin-off Chateau Meiland VIPS will soon start, but a normal season of Chateau Meiland will also follow afterwards. Martien and Erica Meiland reveal this in front of the cameras of RTL Boulevard.
It will probably be a slightly different season. In the new season of Chateau Meiland they are going abroad again. Ooh! They don’t want to say anything about where it is happening abroad. Erica does indicate that they prefer not to film at their new home with Maxime and Leroy. Would they return to France?
When to see?
It is still unknown whether the new season of Chateau Meiland was recorded. But in any case, it hardly takes place in our cold little country. What we do know is that the new season will be on TV in the fall of 2024. So fans don’t have to wait long! Although we have plenty of new viewing material from the Meilandjes in between, because as mentioned, the spin-off with VIPS will follow first.

Meilandjes with celebrities
Next Monday, on February 26, Chateau Meiland VIPS will start on SBS6. In this spin-off of the popular TV program, the Meilandjes host various celebrities in their guest house Code Rosé. Singer Wolter Kroes, singer Patricia Paay, TV icon Patty Brard and B&B vol Liefde participant Debbie de Jong, among others, have booked an overnight stay in their accommodation. In addition, politician Caroline van der Plas is also said to have said ‘yes’ to the invitation and Catherine Keyl is then linked to Caroline, with whom she is said to have participated. In Caroline’s case it could be possible, since she is friends with the Meilandjes. However, Catherine previously criticized the family and in particular their TV program Chateau Bijstand. So it would be a special episode if the two ladies actually spent the night at the Meilandjes.
