He now speaks plainly! Pop titan Dieter Bohlen (69) has been a well-known face on German television for decades. However, this recently changed – at the beginning of 2021, RTL paused its collaboration with TV fame for around a year. Since 2022 he has been back at the DSDS desk and viewers can look forward to his return to Das Supertalent next year. But how was the producer during his break? Dieter didn’t like his break from German television at all!
In an interview with Bild, the jury member reveals: “It was sad for me back then that I couldn’t be there anymore. It wasn’t a nice feeling when you’re at home and see that the show was produced with someone else. ” He missed one person in particular and the 69-year-old added: “I’m particularly pleased that Bruce Darnell (66) is there again. That was my big wish.”
The episodes of the new Supertalent season have been recorded in advance since December of this year. We were pleased with the reaction from fans during the filming of the first show Dieter very much: “The loyalty of the audience here in the studio really surprised me.” He celebrated his return with great applause.
