Lauren served as Kanye’s assistant in July 2021. You wouldn’t think it was a bad job, because Kanye offered her a salary of $1 million. Wow! What she had to give in return was a lot of flexibility, because she had to be available to him 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They had made a deal: Lauren also had income through OnlyFans, but West wanted her to delete this account. In return, he would add another $1 million to her salary. “He wanted me to have a ‘God-like’ image.” According to Kanye, an OnlyFans account did not fit in with that.
Sexual harassment
Despite deleting her OnlyFans account, the sexually explicit content did not stop. This time not from her side, but from Kanye. He repeatedly sent vulgar sexually explicit messages to Lauren. He is said to have shared his sexual wishes very explicitly in these messages. He also allegedly sent photos and videos of himself to other women.
Lauren has sued the rapper for, among other things, sending videos of himself touching his penis. “Or images of him in bed with other women, whom I recognized as models for his fashion brand. She also claims that Kanye masturbated during a telephone conversation and that he became angry because Lauren did not want dates or sex with him.
Financial agreements
Despite refusing everything from Kanye, Lauren received a promotion and a corresponding raise to $4 million. The only downside: he did not keep his agreements. She worked for him from July 2021 to October 2022. Kanye wanted to fire her and despite having an agreement on a $3 million severance package, West never paid her. Lauren is now demanding compensation for the breach of contract and the unsafe working environment in which she worked for him.
Kanye has not yet responded to these allegations.
