‘I don’t spend any time on that anymore.’
We know Fajah Lourens of course as an actress, as a lifestyle writer, and now as host of the brand new podcast Fajah Investigates: addictions. With so many activities, the entrepreneur is nice and busy – but the question continues to arise whether she is tired of her single life. In conversation with Grazia she explains how she views this.

Fajah has been single again for a while now. Something she is completely okay with. “Before my last relationship, I was alone for six months and actually wanted to be single for a year,” she shares in the latest Grazia.
“Now I no longer devote time to that, and I mainly need rest. And a man in my life simply means unrest. Moreover, I am too busy at the moment and I want to divide my time between my children, my grandchild and my Spain dream.”
In conversation with Glamial last year, she revealed that her relationships have been very important in making her the person she is today. “A relationship is a really good mirror and I strongly believe that it ensures that you grow as a person,” she shared at the time.

Fajah is busy with her podcast, among other things. In both the first and second seasons of the podcast Fajah Investigates, the actress is always very open and she is also very candid in her books. This regularly earns her nice reactions from listeners and readers.
“From couples who really talk to each other about love again to people with addiction problems who found and support each other during the live recordings of my latest podcast. But also, for example, Koen Pieter van Dijk – one of my other guests – who said that he found my podcast with psychologist Martin Appelo super interesting and that he really appreciated it. It is very special to notice that I can help people in this way. That’s why I do it!”
