Good news from Jordan: it looks like Princess Aisha bint Faisal is tying the knot! The niece of King Abdullah and Queen Rania is said to have been proposed to by her boyfriend Kareem Yazeed Al-Mufti. The Jordanian court has not yet confirmed this happy news, but there are already plenty of photos of the engagement ceremony circulating on social media.

27-year-old Princess Aisha bint Faisal, a niece of Jordan’s King Abdullah, has been proposed to by her boyfriend Kareem Yazeed Al-Mufti. She is the daughter of Prince Faisal bin Hussein, the king’s younger brother, and Princess Alia Tabbaa. For those interested in some background information about the princess: Aisha has an older sister, Princess Ayah, a brother, Prince Omar, and a twin sister, Princess Sara. She has a master’s degree in Religion, Law and Society, which she obtained from the University of Westminster in London.
Ceremony
Lovers of the Jordanian royal family can indulge in the images of an enchanting engagement ceremony in which the Jordanian princess and her husband announced that they were tying the knot. Kareem is no stranger to the royal family. He is reportedly an old friend and colleague of Crown Prince Hussein. Of course, the ceremony wasn’t complete without him and his father, King Abdullah. The images show that they also joined the group.

Hussein’s wedding
And the Jordanians can organize a fairytale wedding. Last summer, Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa got married – under the watchful eye of many royal guests. A small, intimate ceremony was organised, but this was followed by a huge party surrounded by an obviously madly in love couple.
About 150 royal guests were present during the wedding in 2023, including King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima. They even got an impressive spot at the front row – right next to the bride’s parents!
Who knows which royals will be seen at this upcoming wedding – we’re definitely counting on a good dose of glamour!
