Married at First Sight has been over for some time now. During the program, participant Jeppe made no secret of the fact that he weighed quite a few kilos heavier in the past. It was time for a change for him: by exercising and paying attention to his diet, he felt a lot better about himself. During the program he met Jantine. Since this meeting, he has gained a lot of weight and Jeppe now wants to do something about it.

Jeppe’s transformation Married at First Sight
We previously shared that Jeppe had quite a metamorphosis for his participation in Married at First Sight. He is very open about his struggle with the kilos. In an Instagram post he shares: “By not being strict enough on myself, I have gained a lot of weight recently. It’s time for action! And that is why I will take you along in my battle against the kilos in the near future. To show how difficult it can sometimes be, but also as a stick behind the door. Because by sharing what my goals are, I also impose an obligation on myself to make them come true!”

Lose weight with a diet
How Jeppe is going to lose weight? He mainly works on his nutrition, but also focuses on exercise. He starts with a nutritious and protein-rich diet with a maximum of 1700 to 1800 kcal per day. In terms of exercise, he does strength training at least four times a week and he also does extra cardio with walking and cycling. “And yet I leave the wine so much..” he concludes the post.
