Glamial’s Weekend Tips

Plenty of royal entertainment!

Naturally, we have plenty of royal events in our agendas this weekend to celebrate King’s Day. But there is much more to see, taste, shop and experience. Glamial recommends the best outings for a glamorous weekend!

Visit the exhibition ‘Truth is Dead’ by Alison Jackson

Fancy a portion of royalty, but not in the mood for the Orange Madness this year? Then you’ve come to the right place at the Photo Museum at the Vrijthof in Maastricht. The doors here are also open on King’s Day for a very special exhibition. Until September 15, 2024 you will find a controversial exhibition by the British photographer and filmmaker Alison Jackson here.

Netflix now has six (!) seasons of The Good Doctor, a wonderful medical drama that is guaranteed to bring laughter and tears. Do you prefer reality TV? Then you’re in the right place at Netflix, where a new batch of episodes of The Circle was released yesterday.

Get that popcorn ready – or at least your leftover orange popsicles to snack on while you enjoy your favorite movie or series.
