The Norwegian Crown Princess had already made her frightening diagnosis public in 2018: Prince Haakon’s wife (50) suffers from life-threatening pulmonary fibrosis – her lungs are therefore becoming increasingly weaker. Recently, the blonde was not doing well with the illness. And now her health seems to be even more at risk: Because Mette Marit has been infected with Covid.
The Norwegian palace announced this to Dana Press on Wednesday. Actually should have Mette Marit namely, she was supposed to take part in a church service – but she had to cancel it because of the Corona diagnosis. Due to her lung disease, the 50-year-old is considered an absolute risk patient. It is also her second Covid infection.
More details about Mette Marits current status does not yet exist. A few weeks ago, her husband gave a general update on how his wife is currently doing. “She also has good days and can still do a lot,” the father of two optimistically assured.
