The Hanseatic Higher Regional Court decided to hand the siblings back into the care of their father Stephan Hensel – allegedly without asking the kids for their opinion beforehand. Now her lawyer Otmar Kury gives an assessment: Wanted Christina’s Son doesn’t go back to Denmark at all?
Otmar is now speaking to RTL about the handover of the siblings, which he was tasked with. He explains the dramatic situation: The lawyers simply “asked whether the boy would like to stay here. He said yes.” Christina cried while the ten-year-old tried to comfort her. “The children were extremely kind,” reports the lawyer.
The mother of four had already vented her anger at the court’s decision. “I never imagined that my children would be taken, without being heard, to the father who previously illegally withheld the children,” said Christina image. Her lawyer also emphasizes that she had nothing to do with the kidnapping.
