B&B full of Love-Debbie and Paul are very happy, but don’t have to get married: “they can throw a party”

In the history of B&B full of Love, they are now probably the nicest couple ever. After dream couple Astrid and Harm Jan, it is now Debbie and Paul, who continuously steal the shine in the media. Fans of the reality program are eager to know how the two lovebirds are doing. In any case, they enter the new year very happy and (unfortunately) one thing is certain: a wedding will no longer happen.

Dream couple Debbie and Paul from B&B full of Love

Last season, Debbie and Paul were clearly the dream couple in B&B full of Love. From the beginning, Paul was there in the cheerful Debbie’s Bed & Breakfast and he never left. Okay, once he had to go back to the Netherlands for a good friend, but after that he just came back. That immediately showed how loyal Paul is to ‘his girl’. It is no wonder that Debbie ultimately chose him. This year they celebrated Christmas together for the first time. And at least they took the time to do that. For example, Debbie’s B&B is currently closed, she tells Aran Bade in Aran on Tour. “After the past year, we thought about it for a moment, taking it easy and having a nice tuthola just the two of us,” she says. In addition, they naturally celebrate the holidays in an intimate circle with family. Now there is another flamenco performance planned for New Year’s Eve and a New Year’s dive. Brrr! Although Paul does not believe that he and Debbie are going into the water. Debbie calls it “good for the bacon layer”. Ha!

They are really happy with each other. “It remains a kind of incredible fairytale,” Debbie says about their relationship. She believes it is true, because she wakes up next to Paul every day. It’s also not actually a fairy tale at all, says Debbie. “With a fairy tale you feel like you can take it easy,” she explains. “But we are working very hard. It doesn’t all happen automatically.” She currently rates their life together as a nine. “Maybe if you spoon-spoon it’s a ten,” she jokes. But of course a nine is also completely good!

No more marriage

The fact that they are so in love with each other also leads to certain questions such as: will they ever get married? Well, Debbie and Paul have both already decided on that. They would both rather have a Golden Televizier Ring for B&B full of Love than a wedding ring. What? Reporter Aran is surprised and points out that she still has her old wedding dress. “I can wear that dress again,” she says. “Then we can throw a party and I’ll wear the dress, if Paul likes that. But I don’t have to get married.” Fortunately for Debbie, Paul agrees with this opinion and he no longer has to get married. “Past results are no guarantee for the future,” is his explanation. They were both indeed married before, which in both cases turned out to be nothing. Although Paul also says: “I didn’t want to get married before.” He doesn’t regret this, but it’s no longer necessary for both of them. “You just think: throwing parties is always fun. But we don’t have to get married for it,” says Debbie. Alright!
