The guest house has been put up for sale for a considerable amount!
The Meiland family is nothing if not enterprising. From a French chateau to a Noordwijk guesthouse: the family has renovated many homes in recent years. Their most recent accommodation, the guesthouse with the appropriate name Code Rosé, has now been put back on the market by the Meilandjes.
Code Rose
It is no secret that Martien and Erica are involved in buying and selling Noordwijk villas. The Meilandjes are moving a bit! Last month the two shared that their Duinwijk country house was going up for sale. They did then say that they will not be moving until 2025 and that the move will not be filmed. “Wow, those people have seen all our moves by now,” says Martien.
And now the Code Rosé guest house, which is central to their latest television program, is also for sale.

How much do they want for it? The Meilandjes have an asking price of just under 2 million euros in mind for Code Rosé. That costs a pretty penny, but oh well. Then you have an attractive building from 1907 that is completely ready to be used as a B&B.
For example, the broker’s website states: “A completely renovated and tastefully decorated Boutique Pension with 7 charming, comfortable double bedrooms and a 3-room family apartment, each with its own color theme.” If you are really curious about this charming accommodation, you can take a peek inside. Martien himself has already shared the real estate agent’s video via Instagram.

Busy busy busy
Erica told the RTL Boulevard cameras on Tuesday why the family decided to put the guesthouse up for sale. “It was too much work,” she said. Those who have booked a room soon don’t have to worry, she says. “Everything will continue as planned until we find a buyer.”
The Meilandjes are not going to film the move from their own Noordwijk villa – which is currently also for sale – but what will happen next? “We will be recording abroad in June and July,” Erica said last month. “But we can’t say anything about that yet,” daughter Maxime quickly added to her mother. “She often forgets herself,” she laughed, together with her father Martien.
What they will record will remain a surprise for a while, but Erica can already say when we can see it. “It will be broadcast in September.” With the sale of the guesthouse, we certainly don’t have to expect a new season of Code Rosé.
