She wants to get fitter! Charlotte Crosby (33) couldn’t be happier right now. The presenter and her partner Jake Ankers were expecting their first child together in 2022 – they welcomed their daughter into the world in October. Around a year later, her lover proposed to the TV personality. There is one thing she would like to change in the new year: Charlotte wants to lose a few kilos from her pregnancy!
The television celebrity now reveals this on Instagram. There she posts a photo of her to-do list for the new year: “Improve fitness, lose weight, be consistent” are the goals listed there. Her followers can also take a look at her current weight there – which is currently 71 kilograms. And Charlotte also shares a first update with her fans: “After just two weeks, in which I trained for 20 to 30 minutes every day and took short walks with the family, I finally see a difference.”
Just two months after the birth of her daughter, the new mother was completely honest online: she shared a video of her training on Instagram. “I didn’t want to upload that. But then I thought, no, you have nothing to be ashamed of. If I do my best, I can look back on it as progress,” she confessed candidly. Sharing these recordings publicly took a lot of effort for the UK star: “I’m actually ashamed of how unfit and out of shape I am.”
